Questions
Do my friends need a pass to play?
No. Anyone can play for free, with or without an account. When you host a case with the pass, everyone in it gets the pass features: live calls, plot twists and everything else.
How does the free trial work?
You get the full pass for 7 days. We ask for a card up front, but you're not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. The trial is for first-time subscribers.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep the pass until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing else is charged. Your cases, scores and badges stay on your account.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on this page. Stripe works out the difference for you, so you only pay for what you use.
What counts as an AI-written case?
Each time you press Generate on the Create a mystery page. Cases you write or edit by hand, Run it again copies, the Daily Case and gallery cases never count.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
